Managing Your Storefries Account

Explore various aspects of managing your Storefries account, from updating your details to resetting your password and even deactivating your account.

Updating Your Account Details:

  1. Click the Settings icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. The Accounts page will be displayed, allowing you to make necessary edits to your account information.

  3. Account Personal

  4. After editing, remember to save your changes.

Managing User Profile Settings:

  • Under Personal Details, you have the flexibility to edit your profile images, personal information, and app preferences.

  • Adjusting Brand Information:

  • In Settings, you can modify your brand logo and brand information. Don't forget to save your updated details.

  • Settings

    Subscription Management:

  • In the Subscription section, you can view your current plan and choose to either manage or cancel it.

  • Social Channels:

  • Already Connected Social Media Channels will be displayed and can add New Social Media Channels.

  • Publishing


  • Publishing References can be displayed.

    Password Reset:

    Forgot your password or need to update it? Follow these steps:


    If logged in, navigate to Account Settings > Security > Change Password.

    Reset Password

    Resetting Your Password:

    1. Log out of your Storefries account.
    2. Click "Sign In" and select "Forgot Password".

    3. Reset

    4. Enter the email linked to your Storefries account.
    5. Check your email for a password reset link.
    6. Return to Storefries, log in with your email, and enter your new password.
    Note:   "Passwords must contain at least one number and one uppercase letter, and be a minimum of 8 characters."

    Deactivating Your Storefries Account:

    To log out, click the top-right corner and select "Logout". If you wish to deactivate your account, follow these steps:

  • Go to Account Settings.
  • Click "Deactivate Account" at the bottom.
  • Provide your feedback.
  • Confirm your decision to deactivate.

  • Account Owner Privileges:

  • Only the account owner can access critical information like billing, social profiles, access groups, and user management.

  • Account Owner Actions:

  • The account owner has the authority to add or remove social profiles and users, re-connect social profile connections, create new access groups, view billing information, upgrade or downgrade plans, and delete the account.

  • Logout & Deactivate

    Deleting Your Storefries Account:

    Considering deleting your account? Here's a step-by-step guide:

    1. Access Account Settings.
    2. Locate and select "Delete Account" or "Deactivate Account" at the bottom.
    3. Confirm your password for security.
    4. Follow the prompts to complete the deactivation process.
    Note:   "Deactivation is irreversible and will result in the permanent deletion of all associated data."


    Switch to a Free Account:

  • If you wish to retain your posts and media, consider switching to a free Storefries account. This way, you can maintain your presence and engage with your audience without a premium subscription.
  • Important:   "Storefries will automatically deactivate your account if you haven't logged in for 74 days."
