How does the 14-day free trial work?

Our free trial lets you explore any paid plan — free for 14 days. Whether you’re new to storefries or on a Free plan, you can start a free
trial on any of our paid plans to test drive more features. After your free trial ends, your paid subscription to your selected plan will
automatically start unless you cancel before your trial ends.

Am I eligible for a free trial?

If you’re new to storefries or on a Free plan, you can start a free 14-day free trial on of any our paid plans.
If you’re on a paid plan or used to be on a paid plan, you’re not eligible for a free trial.

You can start a free 14-day trial on your storefries account once. If you’ve already started a free 14-day trial
on your account, you’re not eligible for another free trial.

How do I sign up for a free trial?

New Customers:

1. Create a storefries account
2. Click Start Your 14-Day Free Trial
3. Select the plan you want to start a trial for
4. On the checkout page, add extra Social Sets and users if needed, enter your credit card details, and select yearly or monthly billing
5. Click Start 14-Day Free Trial

Existing Customers on Free plan:

1. In Storefries on the web, go to Subscription
2. Click Start 14-Day Free Trial
3. Select the plan you want to start a trial for
4. On the checkout page, add extra Social Sets and users if needed, enter your credit card details, and select yearly or monthly billing (which will start once your free trial ends)
5. Click Start 14-Day Free Trial

Note: You won’t be charged for your free trial. After your free trial ends, your selected subscription will automatically start and you’ll be charged.
Cancel anytime before your free trial ends to avoid being charged.

What happens after my trial ends?

After your free trial ends, you’ll automatically move to a paid subscription. If you cancel your trial before it ends, your paid subscription won’t
start and you won’t be charged.

What if I cancel my trial before it ends?

If you cancel your trial before it ends, you’ll still be able to enjoy all the features of your trial plan for the rest of your 14-day trial period.
After you cancel your trial, you won’t be able to start a new trial.

How do I cancel my trial?

2. Click Cancel Trial
3. Under the Free plan, click Cancel Trial
4. Confirm you want to cancel your trial
