Social Profile Connection Statuses:

Wondering if your social profile is properly connected to storefries? Not sure what the current status of your profile means? This article will
break down the different statuses a profile can be in, and how to fix it if needed.

Find Your Profile Status:

In storefries on the web, go to Social Sets & Access Groups

Understanding Statuses:

The social profile status shows if a social profile is connected fully, partially, or not at all. If it’s not fully connected, you’ll need to
take steps to fix the connection. If not, some storefries features may not work.

Below are the statuses a profile can be in, what the status means, and the guide to fix it if needed.

Status	Description
Social profile connected	This shows that the Add Channel can be added to the social accounts. No further action is needed.
Reconnect	This shows that the Social profile is Reconnect properly connected with storefries.
Remove	This Shows that the social profile is Remove or Add .
